Does casino fatale really take four hours? Can it be finished more quickly?

Hi there,
You can certainly run it more quickly if you prefer. It could be done in two and a half hours without suffering. (This will be helped if you can let people see their characters etc in advance of the day, so they don't have to spend time familiarizing themselves with the information.)
