Are the cabins necessary?

Hi there - preparing for Death on the Gambia - looking forward to it, everyone's excited! I have good space to play, but unfortunately don't have space to create the 7 cabins mentioned in the game. Are these necessary? I don't really see much mention of them through the player materials.

No, it's not necessary at all to make provision for the cabins. We just include the list in case people ask who's sharing with whom, etc.
