The People’s Theatre Hollywood Lies party

Newcastle’s People’s Theatre put on a production of Hollywood Lies recently in their theatre foyer. Steve was also playing (see if you can spot him in the scenes below).

The party seemed to go really well, and their great ideas included:

Using a red carpet to announce everyone – and taking each player’s photograph. (Nametags were handed out at this point, and the game started shortly after.)
Having an in-game award presentation at the start for the existing Eric winners.
Having three hosts. Hosting is fun, but it’s more fun with company!
Created a document for each screenplay containing a suggested synopsis and key characters to help inspire the movie-making.
Providing abilities/secrets/clues as separate cards, as well as being in the full character booklets. (Steve didn’t use them, but saw others using them.)
Another award ceremony at the end for the winners of the movies.
