If you’re not completely satisfied with the game that you’ve purchased, please contact us via this form within 30 days of purchase (including the name of the game, and the email address that you used to purchase the game, so we can trace the sale) and we will refund you – or, if you prefer, replace the game with a different game of the same value.
(This doesn’t happen very often. Most people think our games are pretty good…)
Processing refunds: Once we have received your request for a refund, we will use the details you provide to identify the transaction and process the refund. We will then notify you that your refund is being processed.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If we cannot identify the transaction, we will contact you to request further details.
Exchanges: As an alternative to a refund, you may request another game. In this situation, if the game is of a different value to the original game, we will refund the difference or require an extra payment accordingly.
